Full Curl Scotch Cask Finished Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

Full Curl Scotch Cask Finished Bourbon pairs a bourbon foundation with finishing casks previously used for Scotch whisky. The wood contributes a different character from the brand's Port, Sherry and Cognac finishes, bringing a gently smoky dimension to the familiar vanilla-and-caramel base. The resulting spirit remains a cask-finished bourbon, not Scotch whisky.

Tasting Notes

Vanilla, caramel and soft sweetness lead into subtle peat smoke and honeyed malt. A light coastal accent adds contrast, while the finish brings the sweet and smoky elements together.

Serving Suggestions

Start neat, then add a little water to explore the smoke and malt. It also works in an Old Fashioned when used without additional smoky spirits.
