About this bottle
Frey Ranch Locked & Bonded is a barrel-strength rye selection made in collaboration with Whiskey Bonded and Sacramento's Locked Barrel. Bottled at 127.48 proof, it brings concentrated rye spice together with rich honey and fruit notes. The words Locked & Bonded identify the selection; this is not Frey Ranch's separate 100-proof bottled-in-bond rye.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Orange zest, anise and rye spice with honey, vanilla and a little pineapple. Palate: White pepper and baking spice followed by sweet grapefruit and plum accents. Finish: Long, with oak, honey, citrus and persistent spice.

Begin with a small neat pour, then add water gradually to adjust the strength. A large ice cube offers slower dilution while preserving the interplay of honey, citrus and rye spice.
