Firkin Signature Recipe is the unaged London Dry gin at the heart of Gleann Mòr's range. Made in Edinburgh and distilled four times, it brings together ten botanicals without the whisky-cask maturation used for Firkin's separate barrel-aged expressions. This is a botanical-led gin, not an oak-aged bottling.
Tasting Notes
Juniper anchors a bright citrus profile, with lemon and orange peel adding lift. Coriander and angelica provide an earthy-spicy counterpoint, while liquorice, nutmeg, cassia and cinnamon round out the botanical character. The finish is dry and gently warming.
