About this bottle
Fidencio Tobalá is made from responsibly sourced wild A. potatorum harvested at roughly 12 to 15 years in Santa Dionisio Ocotepec. The agave is pit roasted over volcanic rock and black oak, tahona milled, wild fermented in pine vats and twice distilled in copper by maestro Enrique Jiménez.
