About this bottle
Fidencio Tierra Blanca isolates terroir within the Jiménez family's estate. Espadín capón is grown in a small vein of chalky white, mineral-rich soil, then pit roasted, tahona milled, wild fermented in pine vats and twice distilled in copper. The distinctive soil contributes the expression's mineral-forward identity.
