About this bottle
Fidencio Tequilana is a special-release mezcal made from A. tequilana, the blue agave species associated with tequila, grown in San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca from seed sourced in Jalisco. Mineral- and limestone-rich high-elevation soils help shape this unusual crossover expression before traditional pit roasting, tahona milling, wild pine-vat fermentation and double copper distillation.
