About this bottle
Fidencio Clásico Reposado is a special-release Espadín mezcal from fourth-generation maestro Enrique Jiménez. Estate-grown capón agave is pit roasted over volcanic rock and black oak, tahona crushed, wild fermented in pine vats and twice distilled in copper before resting nine months in Tumblin' Dice oak barrels. The rested mezcal is then given extended glass time before release.
