Fidencio Pechuga is an annual harvest expression built from Fidencio Clásico. The Espadín mezcal undergoes a third copper distillation with quince, pineapple, apples, bananas and guava while a prepared chicken breast is suspended in the still. The process creates additional fruit character and a rich, rounded texture.
