About this bottle
Fidencio Pechuga Añejo combines the family's annual fruit-and-pechuga third distillation with extended oak maturation. Estate Espadín is distilled with quince, pineapple, apple, banana and guava while pechuga de pollo hangs in the still, then the mezcal rests two years in Tumblin' Dice oak barrels followed by additional glass rest. Production is extremely limited.
