About this bottle
Fidencio Único is the family's smoke-free 'Sin Humo' interpretation of Espadín. Instead of cooking the agave in a wood-fired pit, Enrique Jiménez uses a custom dry radiant-heat oven so the agave can show without a traditional smoke profile. The spirit is tahona crushed, wild fermented in pine vats and twice distilled in copper.
