About this bottle
Fidencio Madrecuixe is a wild-agave mezcal from fourth-generation maestro Enrique Jiménez. The A. karwinskii agave is responsibly harvested at roughly 12 to 18 years from Santa Dionisio Ocotepec, then pit roasted over volcanic rock and black oak, tahona crushed, wild fermented in pine vats and twice distilled in copper.
