About this bottle
Farallon Small Batch Vodka from Coastal Spirits is distilled seven times, triple micro-filtered and blended with spring water from coastal aquifers. The process emphasizes a clean spirit with a rounded texture and subtle mineral character. This is the unflavored vodka, distinct from Farallon's botanical gin.
Tasting notes
A restrained aroma leads into a smooth, balanced palate. Gentle mineral notes and a clean finish allow the texture to stand out in a chilled pour while leaving space for fresh cocktail ingredients.

Serve chilled in a vodka Martini with dry vermouth and lemon peel. Soda and a citrus wedge make a lighter highball, while ginger beer and fresh lime add a brighter, spicy contrast.
