About this bottle
Old Ezra 7 Year Barrel Strength is the higher-strength Kentucky straight bourbon in the Ezra Brooks family. Seven years in new charred white-oak barrels develop depth before bottling at 117 proof. This is the barrel-strength expression, not the older 101-proof bottling or standard Ezra Brooks bourbon.
Tasting notes
Sweet floral aromas introduce vanilla and cinnamon. Refined wood notes provide structure, with a warm, buttery finish that carries the bourbon's substantial strength and barrel character.

Serving suggestion
Begin with a small pour and add water gradually to taste. A large cube provides slower dilution, while the fuller strength also works well in an Old Fashioned.
