Executive Mezcal Espadín is crafted in Oaxaca from 100% Espadín agave using traditional mezcal methods. The producer describes underground pit cooking, tahona crushing, natural fermentation and distillation as part of the process, preserving the agave’s smoky, earthy character.
Tasting notes
Cooked agave and wood smoke lead the profile, followed by earthy depth, citrus brightness and a subtle natural sweetness. The palate is smooth and balanced with a lingering smoky finish.
