About this bottle

Excellia Blanco combines Mexican agave distilling with French wine-and-spirit maturation. Created by Carlos Camarena and Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, the tequila rests briefly in Sauternes wine casks and Cognac barrels. That short period adds aromatic complexity while retaining the fresh agave character of a blanco rather than producing a reposado.

Tasting Notes

Clove, tobacco and brioche-like aromas introduce the nose. Fruit, vanilla and gentle spice meet a honeyed, buttery impression on the palate, followed by a long finish with dried spice and a floral jasmine accent.
