About this bottle
Erstwhile Thanksgiving Turkey Mole Negro Pechuga combines Oaxacan pechuga tradition with ingredients associated with a Thanksgiving meal. Epifania Gómez Mejía and Silverio García Luis produced this July 2023 release at Palenque Don Lencho in Rancho Blanco Güilá, Oaxaca. The small batch totaled 500 liters.
Recipe and Character
Espadín agave provides the spirit's foundation. Turkey, mole negro, sweet potato and cranberries are incorporated during the special distillation, giving the recipe a distinctive culinary identity. These are production ingredients, not mixers added at serving; this is not a vegetarian spirit.
