Erstwhile's 2021 Arroqueño–Espadín Ensamble is a small-batch ancestral mezcal produced by mezcalero Juan Abel Quiroz Agustín in Santa María Sola, Oaxaca. The agaves are naturally fermented and distilled in traditional Filipino-style clay pot stills.
