About this bottle
Product Description
El Tesoro Reposado Mundial Collection Basil Hayden Edition 750ml is a limited-release tequila that bridges the worlds of agave and bourbon through innovative cask finishing. Produced by El Tesoro, this expression is part of the Mundial Collection—an experimental series exploring how global casks influence traditional tequila.
Crafted from 100% blue Weber agave using time-honored tahona crushing and copper pot distillation, this reposado is aged in barrels that previously held Basil Hayden's bourbon. The finishing process imparts soft bourbon notes—vanilla, caramel, and gentle spice—while preserving El Tesoro’s signature agave-forward character.
The result is a smooth, balanced tequila with subtle sweetness, refined oak influence, and a unique cross-category profile that appeals to both tequila and bourbon enthusiasts.
At blackbook, we curate rare and premium tequila for customers looking to buy tequila online from a trusted online liquor store.
