About this bottle
Eden Mill Bourbon Cask is matured exclusively in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon. The St Andrews distillery uses this flagship expression to showcase the interaction of its grassy, floral spirit with sweet, spicy wood. Despite the cask name, the liquid is single malt Scotch whisky, not bourbon.
Tasting Notes
Light spice and vanilla-fudge notes lead into a gently sweet, fruit-accented palate. A floral finish reflects the character of the original malt spirit, balanced by the rounded influence of American oak.
