Dry Fly 3 Year Port Barrel Finished Wheat Whiskey (750ml)

Dry Fly Port Barrel Finish starts with wheat whiskey matured for three years in new American oak. A further nine to twelve months in recently emptied port-wine barrels adds a richer fruit layer to the grain foundation. Bottled at 90 proof, the expression balances its wine-cask influence with a soft wheat texture.

Tasting notes

Berry and dried-fruit notes meet vanilla and gentle chocolate-like richness. Oak, cinnamon and light pepper provide contrast, with a warm finish that carries the sweet fruit and spice.

Serving suggestions

Serve over a large cube or make a Manhattan with measured sweet vermouth and bitters. Begin with modest sweetening in an Old Fashioned because the cask finish already contributes a fruit-rich profile.
