About this bottle
Dewar's Double Double 27 Year uses a four-stage aging process to marry mature Scotch whiskies before a finish in Palo Cortado sherry casks. The finish gives this expression its own character within the Double Double range, distinct from the Oloroso-finished 21 Year. This listing contains one 375ml half bottle.
Tasting notes
Floral aromas lead into honeyed fruit and mellow barrel richness. A silky texture carries the mature blend into a smooth, lingering finish, with the sherry-cask influence adding depth rather than dominating the whisky.

Serving suggestions
Serve a small pour neat and let it open in the glass. A few drops of water can reveal the floral notes; toasted nuts or a lightly sweet dessert complements the honeyed fruit.
