About this bottle
Delamain XXO belongs to the house’s Prestige Collection, showcasing mature Cognac from Grande Champagne. The spirit develops in a drier section of Delamain’s Grand Chai, where the cellar environment contributes to its aromatic evolution. Grande Champagne identifies the Cognac growing area here—not a sparkling wine.
Tasting Notes & Flavor Profile
Stewed pear and peach are accompanied by nutmeg, saffron and toasted wood. The broader profile develops gingerbread, raisins, dried fig and a refined pepper note, with a long, continuous finish.

Why You'll Love It
This is a collector-oriented Cognac for people interested in mature fruit and spice complexity. The XXO expression should not be confused with Delamain’s Pale & Dry XO.
Serving Suggestions
Use a small tulip glass and taste neat. Allow the pour to open gradually rather than warming the glass aggressively.
