Del Maguey Las Milpas is a Single Village mezcal from the hills above San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. Anastacio Cruz Antonio and his family roast mature Espadín agave in an earthen oven, mill it using a horse-drawn tahona and ferment naturally before copper-pot distillation. The expression is known for its floral and mineral complexity.
Tasting notes
Slate-like minerality meets tropical fruit and bright citrus on the nose. Floral notes suggest lavender and rose petals, while grassy herbs carry the palate into a long, dry finish.
