About this bottle
De Luze VSOP is a Fine Champagne Cognac blending eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. French-oak maturation develops a rounded balance of fruit, vanilla and warm spice. The regional designation refers to Cognac's vineyard areas, not sparkling Champagne wine.
Tasting notes
Vanilla and dried-plum aromas meet candied fruit. Cinnamon and chocolate-like notes add depth to the palate, with a smooth texture and a lingering balance of mature fruit and wood.

Serving suggestions
Serve neat in a tasting glass or over a large cube. A Sidecar with fresh lemon and orange liqueur highlights the fruit, while dark chocolate or a full-flavored cheese complements the richer notes.
