Corbin Cash Estate Grown Merced Rye Whiskey (750ml)

Corbin Cash Merced Rye Whiskey is made from a mash of 100% California Merced rye, a distinctive grain grown for the producer’s farm-to-bottle spirits. Maturation in custom-charred American white oak gives the rye time to develop a robust character. This is the estate-grown Merced Rye expression, not Corbin Cash’s sweet-potato-and-rye Blended Whiskey.

Tasting Notes & Flavor Profile

The distillery describes a bold rye bite and substantial grain character. The focus is on the particular rye variety and its interaction with charred oak rather than added flavoring.
