About this bottle
Clyde May's Original Alabama Style Whiskey is distinguished by a hint of apple that complements its barrel-aged whiskey character. This is the Original Alabama Style expression, not Clyde May's straight bourbon. The apple accent adds a rounded orchard-fruit note without replacing the caramel, oak and spice foundation.
Tasting notes
Baked apple, caramel and honey-like sweetness meet warm oak. A peppery touch gives definition to the finish and balances the softer fruit notes.

Serving suggestion
Try it neat or over a large cube, then explore an Old Fashioned with aromatic bitters and orange peel. Its apple note also works with ginger ale or a restrained splash of fresh apple cider.
