About this bottle
Rhum Clément Canne Bleue is an unaged, single-varietal rhum agricole from Martinique, made from fresh juice of blue sugarcane. Produced under the AOC Martinique designation, the rhum is rested in stainless steel and gradually brought to bottling proof to preserve its expressive cane character.
Tasting notes
Fresh sugarcane, tropical fruit and sweet tea aromas lead into lemon zest and floral notes. The palate is grassy and lively, with pepper, citrus peel and a dry finish.

Serving suggestions
Make a traditional Ti' Punch with a little cane syrup and lime, or use Canne Bleue in a bright agricole Daiquiri. Also rewarding as a small neat pour.
