Chairman's Reserve The Forgotten Casks honors an unusual episode at St. Lucia Distillers: during reconstruction after a 2007 fire, some maturing barrels were placed in temporary storage and later rediscovered. This sipping rum recreates the style of those extra-aged casks, blending pot- and column-still rums matured in ex-bourbon oak.
