About this bottle
CaliFino Extra Añejo develops a deep, rounded sipping profile through American-oak maturation followed by a French Cognac-cask finish. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, it brings the agave together with richer barrel notes. Aging durations have differed between product descriptions and releases, so this listing does not promise a specific year count.
Tasting notes
Toasted oak and dark-caramel aromas introduce cocoa and dried-fruit notes. Roasted agave, fig-like richness and warm baking spice fill the palate, with a long finish balancing chocolate and mature wood.

Serving suggestions
Serve neat in a tasting glass, allowing time for the cocoa and fruit to open. A large cube provides gradual dilution; toasted nuts or dark chocolate complements the mature barrel character.
