About this bottle
Johnny Fever Small Batch is a four-grain straight bourbon from Burnt Church Distillery in Bluffton, South Carolina. Corn, rye, malted barley and wheat provide different layers of sweetness, spice and texture. The spirit is distilled twice in copper stills, then matured in new charred American oak and blended in small batches at 92 proof.
Tasting Notes
Caramel and warm oak frame the bourbon's flavor. Rye supplies a measured spice note, while wheat brings roundness and malted barley adds a gentle grain accent. The result is a balanced, full-textured bourbon rather than a strongly rye-dominated style.
