About this bottle
Bull Run Pacific Rum is made from Hawaiian cane sugar and aged in barrels previously used for bourbon. The Portland distillery gives this rum a lightly barrel-influenced style that remains suited to citrus drinks. This is Pacific Rum, not the separate Pacific Spiced Rum expression.
Tasting Notes & Flavor Profile
The producer highlights a chocolate-like tone from the former bourbon casks alongside the rum’s natural spice. Its profile is designed to work well with fresh citrus.

Why You'll Love It
Pacific Rum offers a rum-based comparison for customers already familiar with Bull Run’s whiskies. The ex-bourbon maturation is a defining part of this expression.
Serving Suggestions
Try it over ice or in a Daiquiri variation with fresh lime and a measured amount of sweetener.
