About this bottle
Barrell Dovetail is a cask-strength American whiskey blend shaped by rum, Port and Dunn Vineyards Cabernet cask finishes. Those contrasting barrels add fruit, sweetness and savory depth to the whiskey rather than a single dominant finishing note. This is the standard Dovetail expression, not Gray Label, Gold Label or Toasted Dovetail.
Tasting notes
Dried fruit and citrus peel open into cocoa, molasses and toasted marshmallow impressions. Nutmeg, pepper and richer wood notes add structure, with lingering fruit and gently floral accents on the finish.

Serving suggestion
Begin with a small neat pour, then add water gradually to explore the different cask influences. A large cube offers slower dilution while retaining the whiskey's substantial texture.
