About this bottle
Bardstown Bourbon Company's Origin Series Bottled-in-Bond is a six-year-old wheated Kentucky straight bourbon made entirely by the distillery. Its mash bill replaces the rye-led emphasis of some other Origin expressions with 20% wheat, creating a distinct entry in the estate-distilled range. Bottled at 100 proof, it offers both a full sipping profile and useful structure in classic cocktails.
Tasting Notes
Stone fruit, toffee and cocoa define the profile, with a rounded sweetness and a balanced oak influence. Baked-peach and citrus accents add freshness alongside the richer dessert-like notes.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy neat, with a splash of water, or over a large ice cube. For a cocktail, use in an Old Fashioned with restrained sweetener so the bourbon's fruit, toffee and cocoa remain clear.
