About this bottle
Balcones Baby Blue is a Texas corn whisky made from roasted blue corn. Its identity comes from the grain itself: rich texture, nutty depth and roasted character, rather than the heavily oak-driven profile of a mature bourbon. This is corn whisky and should not be confused with Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon.
Tasting profile
Roasted corn and rounded nutty notes lead the palate, with a rich, softly oily texture. Gentle sweetness and toasted-grain character carry into a smooth, warming finish.

Serving suggestion
Sip neat to explore the grain character, then try a few drops of water. In an Old Fashioned, use syrup sparingly so the roasted-corn profile remains distinct.
