Ay Pa' Todos Blanco is produced at Hacienda Casa Macías in Jalisco under distiller José Manuel Macías García, known as Don Manolo. Traditionally cooked agave is crushed with a roller mill before fermentation and distillation. The unaged expression keeps the tequila's fresh agave character at the forefront.
