Eight Reserve by 818 blends añejo and extra añejo tequilas matured in French and American oak, including components aged up to eight years. The 375ml edition presents the blend in a smaller version of the handmade ceramic figure-eight decanter. The blend is not an eight-year age-stated tequila; its components have different maturation periods.
Tasting Notes
Vanilla, toasted nuts, honey, orange peel and black cherry introduce the aroma. Cooked agave meets cinnamon, dried berries and praline on a full-bodied palate, followed by a long, silky finish with fruit and spice.
