About this bottle
2BAR Amaretto Barrel Finished Straight Bourbon Whiskey adds a distinctive finishing step to the Washington producer's bourbon. An amaretto-seasoned barrel contributes a different flavor direction without turning the bottle into an amaretto liqueur.
Flavor Profile
The producer emphasizes a touch of amaretto sweetness and nuttiness layered over the underlying bourbon character.

Serving Suggestions
Sample neat first, then serve over a large cube or make a lightly sweetened Old Fashioned. Taste before adding sugar, as the barrel finish already contributes a sweet flavor impression.
