About this bottle
1792 Bottled in Bond presents the distillery's Kentucky straight bourbon at 100 proof. The expression pairs sweet barrel notes with an assertive spicy structure, making it a fuller-bodied option for sipping or classic bourbon cocktails. It is the Bottled in Bond release, distinct from 1792 Small Batch, Full Proof and Single Barrel.
Tasting notes
Charred oak and fresh mint-like aromas lead into caramel and apple. Coffee and black-pepper impressions add depth, with a bold, warm finish that retains both sweetness and wood spice.

Try neat, then add a little water or a large cube. An Old Fashioned with aromatic bitters and orange peel complements its caramel and peppery oak.
