About this bottle
123 Organic Dos Reposado, also identified as No. 2, rests for six months in white-oak barrels. The expression bridges the fresh agave character of Uno Blanco and the more developed barrel notes of Tres Añejo. Its measured oak influence makes it equally suited to a tasting pour or a carefully balanced tequila cocktail.
Tasting notes
Raw and cooked agave aromas meet salted-caramel and crème-brûlée impressions. Toffee develops on the palate, followed by a minty, anise-like finish that adds freshness to the rounded sweetness.

Serving suggestion
Try neat or over a large cube. In a reposado Margarita, use fresh lime and modest sweetening so the agave, caramel and herbal finish remain distinct.
