Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon Whiskey 2025 (750ml)

Product Description

Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon Whiskey 2025 750ml is an iconic, barrel-proof Texas bourbon curated by blackbook for collectors and drinkers who crave uncompromising intensity. Released annually in extremely limited quantities, Cowboy Bourbon represents Garrison Brothers at its most raw and expressive—bottled uncut and unfiltered, exactly as it comes from the barrel.

Aged in the relentless Texas heat, this bourbon develops extraordinary concentration and depth. The climate accelerates interaction with oak, yielding powerful flavors of caramelized sugar, dark chocolate, dried fruit, leather, and bold baking spice. The 2025 release continues the Cowboy legacy with massive structure, rich mouthfeel, and a long, commanding finish that rewards slow sipping.

At blackbook, we reserve space for bourbons that define a category. Cowboy Bourbon does exactly that—big, bold, and unapologetically Texan.
