About this bottle

Trujillo Manifiesto 56 is a single-estate blanco made with mature Blue Weber agave, traditional tahona extraction and spontaneous fermentation. The tequila is distilled in copper pot stills and bottled undiluted. The expression's name marks the family's agave-growing history; its actual bottling strength is 46.3% ABV, not 56%.

Tasting Notes

Caramelized cooked agave and piloncillo-like sweetness lead, followed by mineral and lightly smoky accents. Black pepper, cinnamon and herbal notes give the palate structure, with a lingering sweet-and-spicy close.
