About this bottle
Chañaral de Carén Reservado 40 is a clear Chilean pisco made from Moscatel Rosada grapes. Its resting period in stainless steel preserves the fruit-led spirit rather than adding oak color or vanilla. The 40 in the expression identifies its 40% alcohol strength, not forty years of aging.
Tasting notes
Ripe-fruit and citrus aromas introduce a rounded, warm palate. Gentle grape sweetness and a lightly oily texture create a balanced finish that works particularly well with fresh citrus.

Serving suggestions
Serve over ice or shake with fresh lemon and a little syrup for a pisco sour-style drink. Ginger ale, tonic or soda provides a longer serve while preserving the aromatic grape character.
