Lobos 1707 Mezcal is made from Espadín agave roasted in a wood-fired Oaxacan oven. A Pedro Ximénez sherry-cask finish adds another dimension to the smoky agave foundation without turning it into a long-aged mezcal. The expression balances assertive roasting notes with fresher fruit and herbal detail.

Tasting notes

Hickory-like smoke and black pepper lead the aroma. Toasted pine-nut, young pineapple and desert-sage impressions develop across a rounded palate, with creamy spice and a lingering smoky finish.
