Natural fermentation in pine-wood tanks and copper-alembic distillation shape a mezcal with both savory depth and rounded agave sweetness. Butterscotch, black tea and banana-like notes meet roasted agave. A creamy impression is balanced by savory pepper and smoky depth, with soft ash and lingering smoke through the finish.
