Dry Fly Straight Triticale Whiskey is made from triticale, a single hybrid grain combining wheat and rye. Three years in new American-oak barrels develop a balance of mellow grain sweetness and peppery structure. The Washington whiskey is not a blend of separate wheat and rye whiskeys; its character begins with the hybrid grain itself.
