The brand uses mature Espadín plants, pit roasting with Huizache wood and volcanic rocks, a horse-drawn mill, natural wooden-vessel fermentation and copper distillation. The result emphasizes orchard fruit, bright herbs and a gentle smoky edge rather than a heavy, charred character. This is the larger format of the same signature Espadín expression available in 375ml.
