New Riff Wild Gin Bourbon Barrel (750ml)

Product Description

New Riff Wild Gin Bourbon Barrel 750ml is a unique barrel-rested gin that combines the botanical brightness of gin with the rich oak influence of bourbon barrels. Crafted by New Riff Distilling in Kentucky, this distinctive spirit is aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, adding warm vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak notes to the gin’s vibrant botanical profile.

The base Wild Gin features a balanced blend of classic botanicals including juniper, citrus peel, and subtle spice. After resting in bourbon barrels, the spirit develops deeper complexity, golden color, and a smooth, whiskey-like character while still maintaining the refreshing herbal qualities of gin.
