About this bottle
Product Description
Soft, rich, and beautifully transparent, Heaven Hill Grain To Glass Wheated Bourbon Whiskey 700ml is a limited‑edition Kentucky straight wheated bourbon that tells its full story—from seed to sip. Crafted at Heaven Hill’s Bernheim Distillery from a unique wheated mashbill using locally grown grain, this release is all about showing you exactly what’s in the glass and where it came from.
The 2025 (2nd Edition) is made from a mashbill of 52% corn, 35% wheat, and 13% malted barley using Beck’s 6225 corn grown by family‑owned Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. Aged over six years at the Cox’s Creek rickhouse site and bottled at barrel proof, 106.6 proof (53.3% ABV) without chill filtration, it delivers a warm, rounded profile full of vanilla, caramel, subtle florals, and toasted nuts.

Why You’ll Love It
This Grain To Glass Wheated Bourbon is a soft, high‑wheat powerhouse—rich but not heavy, expressive but never harsh. The high wheat content and lower entry proof let the oak and grain speak clearly, while the barrel‑proof bottling keeps all the texture and flavor intact. On top of that, the series supports family farms through Heaven Hill’s partnership with Farm Rescue, tying every bottle back to the fields it came from.
