Alto Valle Ron Tradicional is a vibrant 42% ABV Mexican rum created by Esteban Morales, whose work includes La Venenosa and La Higuera. The spirit reflects Jalisco's elevated sugarcane-growing valleys and their volcanic mineral-rich soils. Rather than industrial molasses or freshly pressed cane juice, Alto Valle uses locally sourced piloncillo, an unrefined sugar made from Morada, Criolla and Verde sugarcane varieties. This approach gives the rum a grassy, floral and citrus-forward character with unmistakable regional identity.
