The recipe combines the distillery's lower-rye E mash bill with the Q yeast strain, known for floral character. This is a barrel-strength private selection, not the separate 100-proof OESQ Single Barrel Collection release.

Tasting Profile

OESQ emphasizes delicate grain and floral notes, with oak and fruit varying by the selected barrel. Its lower-rye recipe generally places less emphasis on peppery spice than the B mash-bill recipes.
